Amazon.com Product Description
Pregnant moms who struggle to find a comfortable position will love the Leachco Back 'N Belly Contoured Body Pillow. Moms-to-be can sleep well and wake up without aches! The big, roughly U-shaped pillow has two contoured "legs" so you can sleep on your back or either side, tuck the end of the pillow between your knees, and elevate your head to ease heartburn.

The Back N Belly provides support for the back and belly at the same time. Simply reverse the ends of the body pillow for a "double decker" head support. It elevates and aligns the hips to help ensure a natural position, which relieves stress on joints. This Leachco body pillow helps relieve carpal tunnel, sciatica, gastric reflux, and nasal congestion.

The Back 'N Belly is made of cozy, warm polyester and comes with a custom cover case which can be removed for washing. It can be used in positions not shown in the illustrations: Mothers of different sizes, shapes, and sleep preferences can experiment, as many have, to find just the right configuration.

Product Description
Even the most comfortable beds become uncomfortable during pregnancy. The Back 'N Belly contoured body pillow helps moms-to-be find a comfortable sleeping position. The hourglass-shape inner curve provides needed support to both back and belly. The design cradles the body, making middle-of-the-night rollovers effortless with no need to reposition and adjust multiple pillows. Once Baby is born, it supports Mom's back and cushions Baby for comfortable nursing. The cover is removable and machine washable. 100% polyester fiberfill. Made in USA.

5 out of 5 stars Got me through!   November 17, 2009
Sarah Koss (Ohio)
This was the best thing (besides slip on shoes) that I bought during my pregnancy! It supported my back and front while sleeping and I know I wouldn't have been so comfortable during sleep with out it!! I don't know how I survived my first 2 pregnancies without this pillow. :-) I love it! My son is now 11 months and I was still using it occasionally when I couldn't sleep, but just lent it to a friend during her pregnancy. I will be glad to get it back! I definitely recommend this product!!

4 out of 5 stars Great pillow, but a little too big for queen bed   November 13, 2009
NewMom (Arlington, VA USA)
I bought this pillow when I was about four months pregnant, and up until I delivered, I wasn't able to sleep without it. I normally sleep on my back and really struggled to sleep on my side during pregnancy. Having the pillow support both in front and back of me helped keep me in the right position, as well as making it more comfortable. It was also nice to switch from side to side and still have support in either direction. However, the pillow is huge (it took up about 2/3 of my queen-sized bed, so my husband had to sleep on the edge of the bed), and the cover fabric isn't great. Instead of buying extra covers for it, I used king pillow cases on each leg of the pillow, and threw another pillowcase over the top for my head. It would be nice if the material was softer, and if the cover had a zipper so it would be easier to take it on and off for washing. But in general, I highly recommend it.

4 out of 5 stars Good Belly Support   November 8, 2009

My wife really likes this pillow. She is a petite size female and was starting to have back pains during her 5th month of pregnancy. This pillow has helped support her belly while she sleeps on her side at night. The cover is hard to pull on and off for washing, is a bit bulky in bed, and is starting to flatten for her slightly. Overall, it is a good product to purchase... just wish it was a little cheaper.

3 out of 5 stars It's okay but as not as great as I expected   November 8, 2009
Target Shopaholic (SF, CA)
I had a hard time deciding which pregnancy pillow to buy and chose this one because of the great reviews. When I first laid down on this pillow, it felt great but the novelty wore off after the first night. It's not a bad pillow but I can't use it the way it's pictured. I'm only 5'2" but even I find this pillow to be not long enough. A lot of people also complain about the seam irritating your shoulder, which is true but since I'm a back sleeper, I've placed several pillows on top of the neck area in order to elevate my back. Also, now that I've used it for several months, I find that the polyester foam also flattens out and feels hard to lay directly on top of. I thought that the contoured back & belly shape would be great but in practical use, it's not actually all that useful -- I still have to use a regular pillow to place between my knees and underneath my belly.

4 out of 5 stars All in all it's worth it.   November 1, 2009
S. Sharpe (Ohio USA)
When Pregnant at 16 weeks I couldn't get comfortable in bed, I started researching the body pillows and bought this one. It came to me in record time which was great because I wasn't getting any sleep and had two other small children to watch. As several other reviewers have stated the seam in the middle of the neck rest initally became an issue for me. As did the height. I flipped the U so I could use my own pillow. Which gave me several good nights sleep. Some nights I kick it off the bed, using just an orthopedic knee pillow. As my pregnancy has progressed, however, I find myself using it more and more. I am a stomach sleeper so being pregnant and not sleeping so really kills me. Now that I have used it more it seems to have shifted the seam a small amount so I can sleep with it the correct way. I still end up with half of it off the bed some nights how much of that is my shifty sleeping I can't say. I have a King sized bed so the size isn't an issue. I do recommend it if you are having trouble sleeping but be aware that it may or may not be the end all dream some reviewers say it is.
