I like this pillow a lot. It keeps my knees separated (I sleep mostly on my side.) The only negative I have is that it is a little large, but after laying with it for a couple of minutes, it mashes down to the better size. My knees are feeling a lot better since I've started using it.

I don't know why companies make these leg spacers of memory foam. In a few minutes, it's packed down to nothing and your knees are touching! I ended up returning this product, as it didn't help my back pain at all or provide adequate support.

I've found that sleeping with a knee pillow helps my lower back issues. The one I was previously using was so thin that it was almost like not using anything. This is a heavier, sturdier pillow and works well for me. It is a little bit cumbersome when moving around at night, but eventually you learn to keep your knees together when you turn, etc., and the pillow stays with you. There were a couple of comments about it being too big, and I agree, if you're built smaller, that might be an issue. Overall, an excellent product for my needs.

This item was not advertised as a memory foam pillow, but when it arrived I realised when I took it out of the package that it is. The memory foam knee pillows are too thick to be of use. This product as it is worthless to me.

I am 5 foot 3 and I bought this pillow since to relieve hip pain associated with being pregnant. The pillow is hard and I find that it is too large to put between my legs comfortably. It does open up, but I think a regular pillow works better.
