1 out of 5 stars Good as a wood pile cover!   November 1, 2009
M. Potvin (SC PA)
Aerobed has a poor design flaw with their beds, I've will share pictures to show the problem that arises with their beds. The bed is rather comfortable and inflates quickly. It also deflates quickly and is easy to put away. I purchased an Intex Supreme Air-Flow Queen Airbed Nylon Flocked with Built-in Electric Pump to replace this Aerobed which failed. The Intex is FAR more comfortable as an air bed. It actually feels like a real bed with the surface design to mimic a standard mattress. This design is where the Aerobed fails.

The "pocks" that the Aerobed use tend internally which leads to large ridges in the bed which renders the bed useless. These pocks are internally created by pieces of plastic to pull the ridges into the Aerobed. I decided to cut my Aerobed up after several failed making the bed useless and turn it into a wood pile cover. Works okay for that! You can see in the product pictures what I mean by the separation that occurs. This happened after about a year of ownership.

1 out of 5 stars very poor service   October 26, 2009

I will never order from Amazon again. The website showed sold and shipped by Amazon... it wasn't..it was some other company! I upgraded shipping and did not receive the order in the 1-2 days I paid for. When I called to cancel the order, I was told I had to call the shipper myself even though I purchased it from Amazon! VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. I am in the process of filing a claim with our state's Attorney General.

5 out of 5 stars nice extra bed   October 23, 2009
Cindy L. Vessichio (cv)
I purchased this bed to replace a Coleman model that leaked. I need something to sleep on when my husband's snoring keeps me awake. This bed was a breeze to inflate, when the pump is removed, it is self sealing, so you don't lose any air. It is supportive and comfortable. And deflation takes about 30 sec. and another minute to fold up and put away. I only hope that it holds up, as I have a cat. However, it came with patches for repair. All in all, the best product of its kind.

5 out of 5 stars Aerobed choice twin inflatable bed   October 22, 2009
N. McKnight (Tampa, FL USA)
The mattress was easy to inflate and was very comfortable. The inflator device can be used for other things and even comes with adapters. It did not come with a mattress pad (which my last one did, but this cost sustantially less). My daugther is now "borrowing" it for use in her college dorm room when friends stay over. A very convenient mattress. It also deflates extremely easily. Just open the cover on the end and the air escapes. It comes with a handy storage bag.

5 out of 5 stars AeroBed   October 21, 2009

We bought this after we had purchased a knock-off version and it lost air throughout the night with our teenage son's friends sleeping over the first use. The Aerobed is comfortable, easy to fill and then deflate and store, and it holds air all night! No more knock-offs - this is the real deal!
