I bought several of these for holiday gifts, and they were much appreciated: younger child uses them for blankets, adults for throws. Haven't tried washing them yet, though. At the price, they were well worth it.

Very light, bad quality December 31, 2008

I don't know why people think it is of good quality. It is thin, light and has tons of lint that I can't get rid of. I am really disappointed. I got a throw from sam's club last year for a little bit more money and the quality is much much better!!! I saw this as a deal and believed in Columbia brand. I ordered two and they came in separate package and one is definitely older than the other.
