These scales are a terrific piece of kit ideal for weighing all postal items up to 25kg/55lbs - simply click a button on the side of the scale and the scale will switch between metric and imperial measurements.
One of the great features of these scales is the removable front display. A 60cm/2' cord connects the front of the display to the scale bed, otherwise it looks like a single compact unit. This feature is great when weighing large boxes.
All Ultraship scales come with a LIFETIME/30 year warranty - yes you have read this correctly! It is extremely rare we ever have a faulty unit - in our opinion these are the best quality and best value for money scales available.

This scale works great! It is easy to operate. It is an advantage to have the detachable scale from the digital read out when weighing large boxes. I wasn't sure when I purchased this scale if it was what I actually wanted. After using it now for over a month I highly recommend it. The price seems very reasonable. I had looked at other scales but this one seemed to meet all my needs.

Why I love my scale:
* can weigh stuff in the ounce range all the way up to about 50 pounds
* has handy tare and hold buttons.
* Removable display for really large items
* Letter Tube Holder, Mail/Envelope Holder comes with this
* Nice blue lit display
* Runs on batteries or electricity
* seems pretty durable
* can switch between pounds, ounces, or metric very easily

Overall product is very good, however the version I bought did not come with the power adaptor. You have to buy it seperatly. It does state optional but I thought it reffered to when the scale was being used not when I was ordering in it.

Pros:

Cons:
The AC adapter is hard to get! The 1000 mA adapter is hard to get in the market it wud be better if it was a regular one!
