5 out of 5 stars Great Product for the Price   December 1, 2008
Barbara S. Cooke
This is a great addition to our bath. The towels are always dry and warm when needed. We didn't have room in our bath so we placed it on the wall in the commode room. If we keep the door closed it keeps it several degrees warmer in there. A nice thing on a chilly morning. It states to have it installed by an electrician, however, anyone who know just a little about electrical work would be able to do this. It comes to be plugged in, however, to hard wire it is as simple as taking out two screws and attaching the other wire which is furnished to it.

5 out of 5 stars Towel Warmrail - Very good product.   November 29, 2008

Excellent towel warmer! It keeps the towels `nice and toasty' and also keeps our master bathroom air temperature warm (when we keep the bathroom door closed).

Extremely easy to install if you have common sense and know how to use a `bubble level and a screwdriver'.

Very good product!
I highly recommend it.

4 out of 5 stars a sad morning without it!   November 23, 2008

We recently purchased this item and having warm towels after a shower makes a huge difference. There's nothing like and the towels are at a perfect warm temperature! But like all things that get hot, it can break. Our set stopped working after three weeks but Amazon quickly send a replacement and our cold-towel mornings only lasted a few days. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Great xmas present for those in the frigid weather!

Satin finish is simply paint, mine arrived with multiple scratches and was returned right away

4 out of 5 stars Nice but mounting system could be better.   September 7, 2008

The Warmrails Kensington is very well constructed: solid and with professional-level, water resistant on/off switch. I purchased the soft wired model, since my nearby light switch was easily modified into a switch/receptable combo to plug the unit into.

My only complaint deals with the fragile, plastic wall-mount, base brackets that slip into the ends of the rails for anchoring on the wall. I snapped one off during installation since the Warmrails unit was not flat (warped during shipping perhaps). I will repair it with Epoxy and completely fill the hollow portion of the mount with Epoxy resin in order to strengthen it. Metal, base brackets would be much, much better.
