I LOVE this shower rod! Yes, the product requires installation but that is not a huge big deal. My husband had it installed in less than 30 minutes. The rod is sturdy and REALLY makes a difference in our shower. My husband says he especially notices the ability to be able to stretch out his arms when he's washing. I especially enjoy having more light IN the shower (but that will depend on the light placement in your bathroom). The quality of the rod seems very good also.

Doesn't really work if you have a tub less then 6'. The curve is too round.

The only tension this item has is the frustration I had from seeing that this is indeed NOT a tension rod. If you are looking for a curved tension rod shower curtain, look elsewhere!

I purchased this rod wondering how in the world a curved tension rod could work out, and I was right. This isn't a tension rod - it's the kind that screws into your wall. The description is inaccurate. And the item's label has no indication of even what brand it is, for me to know if I even received the right item to begin with.

Returned to Amazon same day - very disappointed!
