I love it! As a very lite sleeper, I cannot sleep at all after I hear any creek or wind gust in the older-home I live in. As a military spouse I don't always have the luxury of my DH being home at night, so I get extra-creeped out! It's great for helping me relax as I focus on the soothing sounds. The blue-light time projector is a bonus!!!

Ok, maybe I'm behind the times a bit, but I think the projection thing is awesome. Being able to just lie in bed and look up to see what time it is...wow. Ok, so we've gotten so lazy as a society that we can't even TURN OUR HEADS to look at a clock anymore, but still, I love it. The sounds are pretty cool, too, and help the baby get to sleep. They could add a few more sounds, though, like frolicking squirrels or dogs swimming through jello swimming pools, but until then, this one will have to do. Overall, great clock. Well done, HoMedics, well done!

I had this on my wish list for a long time and eventually found one for 24.99 at TJMaxx. My biggest concern was the reviews saying the nature sounds were poor. I think they are just as good or better than the nature sounds on other machines like this. I have two of the simple versions that make the sounds only with no clock features. They aren't the most natural sounds since the recording is so short that the repeat of the sound clip is noticeably short. If you get over that and still like it, then this one will please you just as much or more. I want to wake up to the nature sounds, but the radio and beep options are nice to have on the clock too I guess. The projection seems a luxury but at least now I don't have to move out of my half-sleep stage to see if the alarm is about to go off. Overall I have to give this a great review and say the only things that would make it better would be if it had the sun lamp too, that puts a sun glow in the room as you wake, and the super natural nature sounds with a longer recorded sound clip. But you just don't see that for this price. I'm glad I got this one and will use it for the long term.

This clock is good. The sounds really help to relax you, especially at night. The time projection however, was too blurry to read correctly.
