I bought two of these because of positive reviews. Out of the box and before putting them anywhere both provided a grainy, almost opaque image. My old boy scout mirror, which was just polished metal, was better! Installed in the shower the reflection did not improve at all. Nobody could (should?)shave with these things! The suction cup worked on the tile in one bathroom but not at all on the tile in the other. Go figure. This product is worthless.

It was a complete waste of money. If you want to be able to see a blurry image of yourself then this might be for you.

Mirror? Suction? November 3, 2009

This is my first review ever, and to drive me to bother is quite an accomplishment. By that I mean that this mirror is awful. Basically:

a) The suction indeed doesn't work. You will need a different suction piece or another way of attaching it to the wall.

b) To be a mirror I would expect you to be able to see your reflection. The mirror is so cloudy that you have to guess what facial hair is there. I can shave without looking in the mirror for 95% of the hair, and for the last 5% the milky-white reflection just doesn't cut it.

Too bad I threw the box away, I guess I will need to throw away the mirror and risk the bad luck of breaking it.

The "you get what you paid for" adage does not apply here. This mirror deserves a bad review even if attained for free.

You know, for all the "fogless" mirrors out there, this one performs the best of any I've used. I rarely, if ever, have to wipe it down to see myself and it's quite durable. At less than $10, it's a no-brainer.

This mirror comes foggy enough out of the box. I couldn't even tell there was thick stubble on my face through it. I spent the first minute after opening the box trying to get off the plastic layer that must have been covering the mirror making its reflection so blurry... there was nothing on the mirror. This is simply a bad product. Stay away.
