order was shipped and received in a timely fashion. The shades are very useful for a bright room. have purchase before highly recommended for anyone who wants to avoid the expense of purchasing and having blinds installed.

I bought a box of 6, and installed two in the nursery right away. Now, when the kids take a nap, they actually sleep relaxed and a lot longer, and wake up refreshed. I use the clips to pull the shades up every morning. I then put the shades down for the nap, and move them up again after the nap. And down they go again for the night. I am amazed to see that the paper is fine, the glue is holding, and I don't need to invest into expensive and heavy permanent curtains. I love this product, and would recommend it to anyone who wants to keep their room dark (and cool).

They're blackout blinds and they work well. I can finally sleep in again! I rent a place which has thin white linens as blinds, and my bedroom gets full, direct unfiltered for about half the day. These have been a life saver.

Also, I live in Texas where it has been consistently 100 degrees+ this summer. After I put these up, my room has been staying considerably cooler since the sun can't beam in and heat up the floors and walls.

A couple minor gripes: if you put it up in an extremely hot window, i.e., the hot sun is beaming directly on it, you can expect the adhesive strip to give and send your shades tumbling down to the ground. Not fun when you're sleeping and that happens. I noticed that they fell down in all the hot windows, but stayed up in the less well-lit windows. I just stuck some heavy duty crystal clear tape up there - problem solved.

Also, the pleats can sometimes buckle or fold in ways you don't want, which at times makes them difficult to pull up.

Not too shabby, considering how inexpensive they are. Sleep rocks.

This is a mix between construction and printer paper. It tears just like paper. It does darken, and it does keep the heat out. But I should have read the review that it was adhesive paper before purchasing.

I purchased this as a temporary fix to "blacken" out our master bedroom and our babies room until we get something more permanent (my wife is picky on what she wants, I'm sure you guys can understand this). Anyhow, this stuff does the trick. It's very easy to put up, both my wife and I did either room. For the price you can't go wrong. We have had them up for over a month now and they are still holding strong.
