A great product, easy to use and it works well for small appliances. My issue is with the batteries. Its plugged into a wall outlet. It is a stupid design to require batteries-which by the way seem to only last about 4 months

This item does not work with any item that has a ground.
Therefore it is useless on anything but lamps.

I bought this timer to turn a light on and off at specific times of the day - a task for which it is extremely well suited.

Only Complaints....
Only accepts two prong plugs.
You have to have an end time for whatever appliance you want turned on and off. You can't just say turn on at 11, you also have to specify when it should turn off (not a big deal for most things but it can be inconvenient)

Unit is easy to use and read. Slightly pricier than other timers but I would definitely recommend it.

I searched high and low for a coffee maker with a timer that had across the board good reviews. I gave up and attached my old Mr. Coffee to this device. It is now telling me that the batteries are low, and I am not sure if they are designed to kick in when there is a power outage or if batteries are necessary to run the thing. It was intuitive to program, even before I had my coffee.

Excellent timer. Convenient as there are no pins to lose and it is easy to use and easy to set. My 85 year old mother-in-law loves it for its ease in operation as she has arthritis in her hands and the wall timers are not easy to turn on with the tiny knob. I ordered more for family members who thought they were great and easy! Two different time settings as well. A definite must.
