This product is everything it states to be. I work in a basement of a hospital and have always struggled with no natural lighting and the winter season is worse because I suffered with SAD but this light makes everything better: More focused, more awake and when I get home I don't just get up on the couch and call it a day because I have energy left over and I give all the credit to Verilux Natural Specturm HappyLite. Thank you

Really good table top full spectrum, reasonable price, rubber grips on the base to avoid slipping. I like that the size allows for placement wherever it is convenient at the moment. Selection of high & low setting extremely useful as well. Very good deal!

For the most part I'm happy with the lights. They take a bit of getting used to but I think there is a place for them. It is discrete enough that it sits in my living room without anyone ever asking about it.
