This junk does not work. What more is there to say. Only the biggest mooncalf will buy this product after reading this review.

It was dead on arrival. Wouldn't respond once plugged in. Seems like a good idea, but poor execution on the part of the manufacturer in China. Returning and will try another brand.

This is a basically functional product, but ridiculously complex. You get it to start and stop an electric device. It has scads of other useless functional and a LENGTHY programming time. Blah. Get a simpler one.

Excellent Timers October 3, 2009

I recently purchased two of these timers to control the on and off times of fans in my basement that are used to assist my dehumidifier in keeping the basement dry. I must say the engineers who designed these timers did a good job. It is extremely easy to set the clock and to program the on and off times. This is a very intuitive device. It comes with a rechargeable battery that is automatically charged when it is plugged in to an outlet. Having two outlets, it can control two devices simultaneously.

Often times I purchase products that cause me to say "Who designed this thing. Did these people ever try their product before selling it?" Not in this case.

I received this timer a day ago, programmed it and the next morning, it was totally blank with with something rattling on the inside and what appears to be carbon coming out of it.

I am returning it today.

I read another review very similar to this one. I would not recommend this time to anyone.
