This little light is so powerful that I usually have it on the lower of the 2 settings. If you are looking for a very bright reading light or just a small light for a small space, this is the one to buy. It clips nicely onto my Kindle 2, and with a very flexible neck can be placed at many angles and distances. This is an excellent product at a terrific price.

No fancy, hard/difficult to get watch batteries: I can use rechargeables! - bright light, easy to position. Easily the best light I've ever had over the years: I'm ordering more for presents and myself!

This is the first product of this type that I have had....I really love the light it is great BUT the batteries last a few hours & then they start to go dim...It is great for my new Kinkle 2 but when I have to change batteries after only a few hours of use it is not worth it----and the outfit I bought (appx 2 weeks ago) it from through amazon will not replace it.....if not for the battery problem it wld get a 5 star exspecially for use with my Kindle 2....

I have a couple cheap book lights and found them to be what I paid for = worthless. I was not excited about buying this one reading the low reviews. It is an excellent book light: full page coverage, light color is easy on the eyes, simple attachment to my Kindle 2 leather cover back, sturdy, flexible and holds it's position, switch works easily and well. I do not understand the complaints on this light. I highly recommend this light, as well as the "one battery and one LED" Flex travel model.

+ Package arrived quickly.

+ Bright LEDs w/ two settings of High and Low.

+ Uses AAAs. I don't know about you, but my last booklight made me blow so much money on expensive 3v Batteries. Now I can buy packs of cheap 3A's!

+ Easy slide off battery cover (last one had to be unscrewed!)

+ A/C adapter capable, for batteryless light!

- Goose neck is a bit flimsy, but it will stay put.

- No other complaints!

This item is lovely, and the price is right!
