Kwan I bought this to put on the door of my walk-in closet but now the door won't close fully with it on. It seems to catch the top of the door frame and it doesn't matter which door I put it on it's the same thing. It does look nice and I love the fact that it has so many hooks but I just wished it would fit on the door and still allow me to close the door with it on. Not sure what I'm going to do with it. Currently it's on the door of my walk-in but the door remains open. Good idea-flawed product November 2, 2009 D. The item arrived in a huge box packed with lots of air cushion bags. Despite the packaging one of the over the door hooks was completely bent forward. I was able to bend it back into its proper position but I'm not sure if it has been compromised due to the metal being bended forward and then back. I'm extrememly disappointed that one of the wood accents is missing. I checked the box and packaging thoroughly but it is totally missing. Then for the third problem-it doesn't fit over the door I wanted to use it on. I can understand that it isn't going to fit on all doors but that along with the condition it arrived in and the missing accent make me very disappointed in this item and for the first time the shipping of Amazon.
